Local CLI Bridge

The Pixflow Local CLI Bridge is a desktop app that connects the WordPress plugin to supported command-line agents on the user’s computer.

It is only required for Local CLI mode. It is not the owner of Pixflow’s UI, resource packs, projects, or non-CLI settings.

  • runs on the user’s computer
  • exposes a local service at http://127.0.0.1:7456
  • detects supported CLI agents on PATH
  • binds to the active WordPress site
  • lets Pixflow stream Local CLI runs back into the builder
  • store Pixflow projects
  • own the workspace UI
  • manage resource packs
  • control theme settings
  • serve community plugin metadata
  • track users inside the builder
  1. Open Pixflow Design in Bricks.
  2. If prompted, click the bridge download button.
  3. Install the bridge for your operating system.
  4. Confirm the tray or menu bar app is running.
  5. Reload the Bricks builder tab.
  6. Allow browser access when prompted.
  7. Click Reconnect if Pixflow asks.

If Pixflow shows Bridge update required, install the latest bridge before using Local CLI providers. The plugin and bridge use a protocol version, and older bridges may be blocked when the contract changes.
